College Scholarship Application

A $500 scholarship opportunity for one Minnetonka High School graduating senior boy and girl lacrosse player that has played with, contributed to, and supported the growth of the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association.

Qualification Considerations:

1. Played youth lacrosse within the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association for a minimum of 2 years.

2. Has contributed time and support in developing youth lacrosse in some respect by and through volunteer work with the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association.

3. Will be graduating from Minnetonka High School at the end of the current academic year and has immediate plans to attend secondary education.

4. Will not be fully financially supported in their pursuit of education after high school.

5. Has demonstrated the desire, passion, and commitment to support the growth of youth lacrosse in the Minnetonka area when the opportunity presents itself in the future.
